Meet the People Behind the Experience

The people, passion, and hospitality that make every visit memorable.

Frank Farrar

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

With 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Frank Farrar has built his career around a simple philosophy: great hospitality is about making people feel welcome, valued, and cared for. As Director of Operations at J. Michael’s Prime, Frank is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences, building strong relationships, developing teams, and ensuring every detail contributes to a memorable visit.

For Frank, success goes beyond great food and service. It’s about creating an atmosphere where guests feel comfortable, appreciated, and genuinely welcomed. That commitment continues to drive his work every day. Outside the restaurant, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife, Jen, watching football, working in the yard, and relaxing by the pool whenever he gets the chance.

Lucas Browne

HOSPITALITY MANAGER

Lucas Browne brings a decade of diverse food industry experience to his role as Hospitality Manager at J. Michael’s Prime. From working in kitchens and serving to bartending, sales, and consulting, his varied background has given him a well-rounded perspective on hospitality. Along the way, he has built lasting relationships with colleagues who have become like family, and he takes pride in being part of the team that makes J. Michael’s Prime special.

Outside of work, Lucas is a devoted husband and dad. He and his wife, Brooke, are raising their young son, Theo, with another little one on the way. Their home is also full of animal companions, including cats, an aquarium, a bearded dragon, and a gecko. A self-described nerd and tinkerer, Lucas enjoys software development, building apps, restoring retro gaming consoles and electronics, and spending time in the garden. He’s proud to be part of the Farrar family’s vision for hospitality in Cherokee County and looks forward to helping carry that tradition forward.

Rebecca Wright

HOSPITALITY MANAGER

Known to most as Bex, Rebecca Wright grew up in the Bronx, New York, before making Canton, Georgia, home. Her hospitality career began at just 14 years old as a hostess, and what started as a teenage job grew into a lifelong passion. Throughout her career, Bex has worked in everything from casual restaurants to fine dining, gaining experience across nearly every aspect of the industry. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, deepening her understanding of what helps people feel heard, valued, and connected.

For Bex, the heart of hospitality has always been the people. Having known and worked alongside the Farrar family for more than 20 years, she is proud to share a relationship that has grown well beyond business into genuine friendship and family. Today, she brings that same commitment to creating welcoming, memorable experiences for guests at J. Michael’s Prime. Outside the restaurant, Bex enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, keeping up with their activities, caring for their two very spoiled dogs, and volunteering at her children's schools. She loves being part of the Canton community both inside and outside the restaurant.

Jennifer Farrar

BAR MANAGER

With more than 30 years in the hospitality industry, Jennifer Farrar has built a career around genuine connections, creativity, and a love for the people who make J. Michael’s Prime feel like family. As Bar Manager, Jen especially enjoys creating cocktails and mocktails, experimenting with flavors, and developing custom drinks that make guests feel special. She also loves sharing her knowledge with the team, helping others build confidence, explore their creativity, and grow behind the bar.

One of Jen’s favorite parts of life is working alongside her husband, Frank. When they aren't at the restaurant, they enjoy traveling, watching sports, kayaking, and relaxing by the pool. Jen is also passionate about fitness and loves weightlifting, Pilates, hiking, and walking. Whether she’s crafting a new cocktail, mentoring a team member, or making memories with family, Jen brings creativity and enthusiasm to everything she does. After more than three decades in the industry, she remains grateful for the opportunity to do what she loves alongside the people who mean so much to her.

Kambria Osborn

CATERING DIRECTOR

Kambria Osborn has been part of the restaurant industry since she was 13, beginning as a hostess and food runner. She joined the Farrar family in 2021 as a server and worked her way through bartending and into management, gaining valuable experience and a deeper appreciation for every part of the guest experience.

Today, Kambria supports both Riverstone Corner Bistro and J. Michael’s Prime, where guests may find her behind the bar, hosting a tasting, or coordinating catering events. She is passionate about making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and part of the family — all while having a great time. She credits the Farrar family with playing an important role in her growth and carries one of their lessons with her every day: “We can teach you many things, but we can’t teach you to care. That comes from your heart.”

Outside of work, Kambria is a proud mom of two who loves spending time with her family and traveling whenever the opportunity arises. Her passion for hospitality is rooted in what she values most: genuine connection, caring for others, and making people feel at home.
